We provide bus travel booking services through the Website.

Tours
You must show up on time at any Group Tour pick-up location at least 15 minutes before the Tour’s scheduled start time. Drivers are not required to wait for you after the period specified in each case by the appropriate official while you are on the Tour.
BC Travels Hub LLC will not be held accountable or liable for any compensation, reimbursement, or losses incurred to you as a result of you missing the pickup time or the time scheduled for arriving at other places throughout the Tour. You acknowledge that in some cases of booked services, the driver’s arrival at the pick-up location may be delayed because of unforeseen traffic or other factors without of bctravehub LLC’s or the driver’s control. Any modifications you would like to make to the service you have already reserved, such as a different pick-up location or tour date, must be communicated in writing and approved by Bc Travels Hub.
Trademarks and Trade names
The marks and logos used by BC Travels Hub in connection with the website and mobile application (collectively, “bctravehub LLC Trademarks”) are all registered and unregistered trademarks and/or business names of BC Travels Hub. All other trademarks, service marks, trade names, and logos that may appear on the website or application (collectively, “Third Party Marks”) are the property of their respective owners. No right, licence, or interest in the trademarks of bctravehub.com or the third-party marks is granted by this agreement, and you acknowledge and agree that you may not claim any such right, licence, or interest with respect to them. As a result, you agree not to use any of those marks outside of the scope of this agreement.
